perhaps someone needs to contact these companies and show them the prices that are achieved on Ebay EVERY DAY
chess computers are sold each day many of them for several hundred euros if not even more
Hopeful But Doubtful Regards
Steve
How many of them are sold where the buyers want to only play with them, and not for collecting? Have you any idea?
Because if it is for collecting the new products would be less interesting objects, of course.
In my opinion many of the older ones on Ebay are sold because the newer better ones are too strong. Yes, I have said it before.

of course i dont know for certain but i think most chess computers are bought on Ebay not by collectors but by folks wanting to play chess against a computer
i think there are perhaps no more then 20-25 collectors that bid regularly on Ebay .. while dozens of chess computers are sold each day
of course the more expensive computers are bought mostly by collectors i think
