The two losses were only possible because of premoving. Shuffling the pieces behind a pawn wall and winning on time is some kind of art but not really chess.
If Hiarcs (or any other chess engine) would be programmed to do that (close the position and shuffle the pieces around with premoves) it would be unbeatable in that regard too. But as Hiarcs (or any other chess engine I know) is programmed to play chess rather than trying to win on time they have a weak spot there. Personally I don't think that this problem is interesting enough to even care about ...
