You may be right(I do not know) but
I think that you cannot get conclusion based on test suites and you need to play games from endgame positions to know which toga is better in the endgame.

It may be possible that a version is weaker in test suites but better in games.

I m testing Learning Toga Looks like very strong (probably 30-50 elo better than Toga on the test ) ... some more test, change and modification and it should be out next month

What learning do you talk about?

Is it book learning that is not relevant to most tests that are done with no book or evaluation learning that can be relevant also to the CCRL and CEGT lists?

I that case, I had downloaded via the link Graham gave, and when for the "fun" of it tryed Daniels link, and saw it didn't work, I had no time to tell at that point, and forgot later...
