Same play or eval in some positions never was evidence and never will. Osipov openly explained that he made Strelka translating Fruit algorythm to bitboards.
WHAT PART OF RYBKA CODE IS IN STRELKA? SHOW ME PLEASE!

Different code does not result in identical bugs.Andrej Sidorov wrote:Same play or eval in some positions never was evidence and never will.
(But also, a big number of identical moves/evals does of course prove something.)

Christopher Conkie has a copy of the photo with Sergei Markoff and Yuri Osipov together.Rolf wrote:Andrej Sidorov wrote:Same play or eval in some positions never was evidence and never will. Osipov openly explained that he made Strelka translating Fruit algorythm to bitboards.

He was going to post it for us at some stage.
For some reason, the photo was originally available for everybody to view, but has since been removed.

How can he show you when rybka source code is not public?Andrej Sidorov wrote:Same play or eval in some positions never was evidence and never will. Osipov openly explained that he made Strelka translating Fruit algorythm to bitboards.

You can only get circumstantal evidence based on evaluations
and I think that the circumstantal evidence is enough.
Same evaluation and same type of bugs is clearly enough.
After looking at the code I can say that
All the material table of 2*3*3*3*3*3*3*9*9 is unique to rybka based on rybka's evaluation(and he could not use fruit to get it) so only rybka gives KN(white) vs kbbb(black) the same bonus as KNN(white) vs k(black).
In both cases black gets the bonus so rybka overevaluate black's advantage in positions of KN vs kbbb when she does not do the same for KBBB vs kn

Graham thanks but I am no spiritual healer through photomeditation. For me O is a figure, individual or a whole group, a political idea. I want address and security number. Please, I want O alive. <cough>

So you can show me identical parts of code or not?
