well i do not really need a full GUI
there should be a smaller file or an option to download a smaller file just to play on the server
no need for an opening book or otherwise
ICC download file is less than 2mb

Why do that when you can learn to play optimal endgame?
I have yet to see an engine that uses tablebases to pick the moves that cause the most trouble to an opponent without tablebases, instead of picking moves randomly.
