Will it be open source (or will the source be able to be examined by somebody if not)?

Previously I published the source code in order to reduce the charges from community. But this did not happen.

Today I do not care about charges and community opinion. Therefore I am not going to publish the source code.

isn't that what all other programmers in the moment are trying ? to bring out a chess engine stronger than rybka ? i thought this is the goal of computerchess to beat the best.

I think that it is not correct that people will stop selling chess engines and one of the reasons is that I expect rybka of June of this year to be stronger than strelka of June of this year and it is possible that Vas is going to release Rybka4 in case that Osipov release strelka that is stronger than rybka3.

Because of the past, your new Strelka is unlikely to be accepted as legitimate unless you allow a well known authority on clones to inspect your source code.
I sincerely hope that you will allow this to happen.

Osipov send the source code of the first Strelka to experts here. Against their opinion, Strelka is still considered clone. Why he has to reveal the source code of new Strelka? Just to receive another portion of hatred and accusations of cloning?
