What about h4 if Be5? We lose the possibility of Ra5 or not?
19. c4 Be5 20. h4 Ra5 21. b4 axb4 axb3

or g3? with idea of h4 again or g3 with idea of b3 or b4?

The first thing to say is.....do you think it will play h4 if we play Be5?

I doubt it but if it did......

19. c4 Be5 20. h4 Bh2+

Then it has two moves Kh1 and Kf1. It would not matter either way as we would then play Bf4.

Ra5 could wait in that instance.

My vote : 19 ... Be5

This may lead to the exchange of the bishop, but how long can we avoid it ?
h4 is no threat after Be5 as Chris' analysis shows.

19.......Be5; 20.Qh3, Bf4; 21.Bd4, e5 should be okay.
19.......Be5; 20.h4, Bh2+; 21.Kf1, Bf4; 22.Bd4, e5 should also be okay.
