I am an bioengine, i do have some electronics inside. :-)

after 2 c4 you can face ...e5 so most usual is to play 2 nf3 and then 3. c4

...the game is won for white.

but you must be tactically strong for this variant in practice:)

won ? the game is won after the capitulation :-)

the d4 players prefer positional play so after 2...e5 they are in other field ;-)

may be are prepared may be not;-) . when they are on the unknown unpleasent territory it is a big probability that they made a mistake.

human chess are differrent that engines one but even engines have their 'styles'

Good point! But my point being that with 1 Nf3, White at least avoids an inferior opening.
