Looks like it might be a close finish.

Rybka's remaining opponents are Naum 4.2, Komodo 1.2, Hiarcs 13.1, Deep Shredder 12 (which is currently in progress), and Onno 1.2.7.

Stockfish's remaining opponents are Naum 4.2, Thinker 5.4D, Onno 1.2.7, Spark 0.4, and Deep Sjeng WC2008.

Naum 4.2's remaining opponents are Rybka 4, Stockfish, Critter, Zappa, and Deep Sjeng.

Combing the results of their opponents, Rybka 3's remaining opponents have scored 42.5 points, Stockfish's remaining opponents scored 35 points, and Naum 4.2's remaining opponents scored 49 points.

I think SF chances are pretty good.

I just realised that "draw early" was set in Fritz GUI, so I will have to replay two games, the one between Critter & Hiarcs (11 moves) and the one between Stockfish & Naum (9 moves).

Rybka just lost a crucial game to Hiarcs, and will be behind Stockfish by half a point with just three more rounds to go. It looked like Rybka was just too aggressive that game.

Nice game by Hiarcs!

Also, check out Spark vs Thinker. Insane game, pretty much.

Spark with 2 rooks versus Thinker's knight + 7 pawns.

Nice game by Hiarcs, but on the same hardware I am unable to reproduce many of Rybka 4.0 moves. I am thinking Rybka 4.0 may have some search instabilities as when my version looks at many moves it sees they are weak and losing. Strange! but good news for Hiarcs :P

Well, could be many reasons for that. Make sure you limit Rybka's time in accordance to the time control used.
