Over here I have a few programs showing the same behavior and what struck me is that these are all based on QT. This is what happens when you try to bring Linux stuff to Windows, it is never up to date.
This is the obvious fault of Windows. Not QT. The problem is how the monitor is connected to the desktop computer. If you connect DVI cables, you will not have this problem. When you connect with a DP or HDMI cable, the problem will return. I know the solution to this problem, but here I will not write about it.
It could be that on your end there is a different problem, but this doesn't mean that it is a Windows fault. It is probably a plug and play error, and that can be anything from the monitor to the video card or driver.

I have 2 Asus Proart 32 inch monitors over here, they work fine on DP but on HDMI they also exhibit strange symptoms. I'm pretty sure that the monitors are to blame and not Windows because with my Samsung and Dell monitors (with the same resolution) I never see problems like these. With 4K monitors it could even be a cable problem, like needing dual-link DVI cables or high bandwidth HDMI 2.1 or DP 1.4 cables.

If you really think it is a Windows problem, then maybe you have to do a clean install of your video-drivers, sometimes this helps.

Installing Windows again will not do anything. The solution to the problem is available here at the link https://www.tenforums.com/graphic-cards ... oblem.html - read - it's worth it.

I don't see any solution at that link, that guy has an AMD Radeon card and uses some obscure program to patch a problem that is probably caused by the AMD video drivers that are know to be bad. One of the things, I would never buy is an AMD video card because their drivers are really bad, although I had some for mining crypto in the past.

The 'guy' in that thread (Krzychumagmag) is Krzysztof :)

To be fair this program doesn't look too obscure, but as you said it is just a workaround, instead of fixing the problem

It isn't exclusively a windows problem either because someone mentions the same issue with kubuntu and a macbook. It is a driver issue by the sounds of it.

I have a question. How to add the result of a match or tournament in the main title during a game.

May not be what you are asking for. Please excuse me if it is not.
From the main menu:
  • >Game
    • > Adjudicate Draw
    • > Adjudicate Win for White
    • > Adjudicate Win for Black
