Post by Modern Times »

Rebel re-enters the list at 13th place with v16.3, causing rofChade 3.1 to drop out at the bottom.

Rebel 16.3's performance was approx.. +19 Elo to Rebel EAS that was on the list a while back.

I wonder why I do not see also berserk 12 in the complete list(no problem with the fact that the default list include only games of one version but I expect the complete list to include all versions and it seems clicking on complete list does not show me new information unlike the other CCRL lists).

This is a Top 15 round-robin where new versions replace older ones. It is different from the other lists. I look at it as a tournament report rather than a ratings list. I'm simply using an Elo calculation to rank the engines rather than a score.

In short, you will only ever see one engine version here. I should get rid of the Complete list page.

There is no contradiction.

It is possible to have both result of the tournament and a rating list with more engines that is based on more games when the rating list can include also engines that you removed from the tournament(because they are not in the top 15 or because there is a newer version).

It is possible, but it isn't what I want to do.

PlentyChess 1.0.0 has entered the tournament as a newcomer at 10th place, dropping Koivistio 9 out at the bottom.

As new engines have entered the Top 15, and existing engine versions got stronger, the Elo spread from top to bottom is smaller than it was in the early days of this tournament, and the draw rate has correspondingly crept up a little bit - now 55.6% from the 53% it was at one time. Still very low.
