This is somewhat sad to read but is pretty expected.
After all this is all "shashchess" "project" is about.
It's to boost amchess ego by receiving praises like "wow it's so good in testsuites" and also having 55 variations of the same engine so one can luck out a VVLTC low exit book win vs master and having smth like "wow it's so cool, it scales so well, sf devs don't know what they are doing" and other BS.
Participating in WCCC for him is the same thing. It's there to show off as an "author", to chat with other devs, spectators, everything else. This is all while the best code he can write looks like this - https://github.com/amchess/ShashChess/b ... h.cpp#L485 .
So more or less individual that is really narcissistic, a compulsive liar and also completely talentless is trying to make himself looking not like one at least in his own eyes by computer chess. This is ofc pretty pathetic. Oh, and before any mod takes an action - everything I said is factually correct.

The hardware used during the WCCC is the following:

GridChess using Fritz:
5 cluster nodes AMD Zen4 9554 Dual Socket (5x128 cores)
1 cluster node AMD Zen4 9554 Single Socket (64 cores)
total 704 cores

Tech 4:
AMD 7940hs 32GB RAM, nVidia 4080

Ares:
AMD Ryzen9 7945hx 64GB

Stoofvlees:
AMD 3900x, 32GB, nVidia 3080ti + nVidia 4070 super

Tornado:
AMD Ryzen9 7950x, 64GB

Raptor:
AMD Threadripper 64 cores 128GB

Jonny:
3x192 cores (Epyc 9784x) + 32x128 cores (Epyc 9554) = total 4672 cores

Shashchess:
Intel i7-8750H (6 cores) 16GB (backup machine, originally intended to use AWS 192-446 cores)

Rofchade:
Threadripper 3990x (64 cores) 64GB

Well the WCCC is going very good for me too. I lost only two games against the world champions, got draw against strong engines and won against weaker engines like Ares and Tech. So I got 50 percent from the WCCC and I am very happy with the unexpected results of my engine Tornado.

I'm hoping 5G works or it will be a short tournament.
Yes, there was a very bad internet connection, it's a shame for a world chess champion chip where all needs remote play over the internet.
