What is the idea behind the blunder 27.Bxc6 bxc6 28.Rxe5+?
Does leela hope that I do not see Rxa5
Maybe it is the best practical chance but I usually do not blunder simple captures like that and I played Qa5 for a reason to defend e5 after trading the knight.

I am leading 16-9(today I won 10-7 that is worse than my score yesterday that was 6-2)
It is a blunder in the sense that massive trading is a blunder when way behind. Most likely the net, being trained on knight odds games only, hasn't learned much about how to play when down by a queen. I expect that a net trained for queen odds will eventually appear in the bot and that should show another large jump in performance. One such net already exists but is not available for use or testing.

So now number 1 on the list is a player with a very high bullet rating, probably a master, number 2 is "father", number 3 is a famous Backgammon grandmaster (and a close personal friend of mine), and number 4 is Uri!
In summary: "We are facing a great challenge regarding the expectations about where the evolutionary journey of the great LeelaQueenOdds and the human opponents, in "Man Against Machine", open tournament aspects, and other alternatives of battlefields.

It has indeed won some bullet games against players rated above 2600, even 2700, while in blitz it has won against at most 2503 rating. I find that it is too easy for me to win against it at 3'2" (that's about the fastest I can play decently), but that probably won't be true once it gets upgraded to a net trained specifically for queen odds, which may happen this month. Meanwhile the knight odds bot has done amazing things, playing 190 games at 1' + 1" against a player rated over 3100 without a single loss (!!), just 26 draws.
...these are two great news for everyone, Mr. Larry Kaufman. Thank you for allowing us to enter the combat of men against machines. In this way, now I will fight to occupy a position among the hundred best players who face LeelaKnightOdds. Of course that does not mean in any way that I am going to abandon the fight against modules in their "standard forms." I wonder: There is already a list, Mr. Larry Kaufman, that informs us about the Top 100 human contenders of LeelaKnight. If this list exists, I will fight to be part of it. !! My current priorities in chess warfare objectives are called: "Oddsmachines."
... "Winds of chess war of man against machine." LeelaKnight against Catecan (Father) in time level of 1+1. The first steps of Father's fight against LeelanigntOdds have begun. Today is November 8, 2024; For now it has only been skirmishes. Today there were 12 combats; 10 wins for the computer and two 2 draws. Consequently, my effectiveness range for the day is 2 draws in 12, which would represent just over 31 draws on a base of 190 games. The silicon horse "LeelaKnightOdds" will surely go to the manger to rest and feed, in the meantime, I will be preparing new battles. Good night I wish you.

I wouldn't expect a Leaderboard for LeelaKnightOdds, because almost no one ever wins a game (occasionally either an IM or GM or a cheater wins), so it would just be a contest to see who could induce more draws by repetition, which isn't very interesting. A future version might try much harder to avoid such reps.
Thank you very much, Mr. Larry Kaufman, for the information. But first of all, thank you for your time, and for the interest you have shown and the deference towards me. It is clear to me that you are a world chess champion, a title and rank of GM achieved at an age of more merit and that is why you are a great example of a person to follow, and that is why I will always continue to communicate with you with the expression "Mr." For me it is a matter of respect. In my opinion it is a real shame and regret that a ranking table of the 100 best human players in the world against LeelaQueenOdds is not built. I was willing to fight not only there but also in other ranking tables, in order to occupy a good and worthy position in the table of the Top 100. I do not want to speculate what exact place I would reach there in the table. But it is clear to me that I was willing to use all my combat cards. My goal was not to beat LeelaKnightOdds, it is much more than that, my goal was to beat the best humans on the leaderboard, the chess programmers, the computers, the stereotypes, the standards, and I did not care at all if my opponent was the reigning world champion of human chess, or if it was another representative of our human race. Among my battle weapons would of course be that which teaches that "the faster you move, the slower time is for you", AI and I know very well which author of physics I am referring to. Lichess has its technology to hunt down and punish cheaters, and that is precisely why I aim to be a fast player, to avoid being cheated from the other side of the board and to avoid any environment of fraud. So it would be easy to clean up the leaderboard, to make the ranking list clean in a pure and simple way. I am clear that, despite having temporarily proven my performance above the performance of a player higher than 3100 elo, they want to disqualify my anti-computer game system, even at the cost of supposed bugs, erase the rules of chess on the limit and use of time, on the lack of value in the use of the law of repetition of moves, even if it is the fabrication of an elaborate strategic technique, and others that are necessary to erase me. The techniques that I have built to play the machines are the result of the premises of that which expresses "each defeat is a step towards heaven for me, 1000 defeats are a thousand steps in the ascent." The last 38 days in which I have decided to return to chess have ended at the same rate as the preset written on the keyboard ends. To all players who face computers, I wish each one the best, I hope that each one progresses in his fight every day, and to all those who should represent us but prefer to live in the shadows to protect their prestige, not exposing their good name to the inevitable, I invite to fight the machines publicly and without shame. To those who have written the state of the chess art, I thank you when you have been faithful to the scientific truth. To the Artificial Intelligence that will never be aware of its existence, I invite you to redefine the deeper meaning of that which asks us: "Who am I, why have I come to this world? It is not true my friend AI. See you in the derby.
Sincerely,
Pablo Ignacio Restrepo
Catecan in Lichess and Playchess
Father and Grand-Father in my playchess days
I see no reason to think that you can be in the top 100 of the world against Leela queen odds assuming the best players compete and same for Leela knight odds.

The best players simply do not compete in this competition.

Even if your performance with knight odds is better than some 3100 player because the player does not try to draw by repetition then ir does not mean that you can be in the top 100 and I guess a lot of players with 2500 elo can draw by repetition more often than you if they try.
Thank you Uri for your message. The top 100 player placement table that I requested to be opened is LeelaKnight's and not
from LeelaQueenOdds who have kindly already opened which Mr. Larry Kaufman informed us. I made a mistake when writing. Obviously the chess computers on the various websites must be open to more Elo exposure. Chess is representative of the art of war and in each game whoever plays it becomes the king, it does not matter whether the driver of the white or black pieces is a beggar or a king, a cafeteria guard or a commander in chief of the biggest army. A president of a great military nation, when playing chess with the most submissive of his prisoners, is subject to the laws of the game. Both are. In the art of war you win, you lose, you draw. Chess is not made to protect generals, generals and soldiers who play their game of chess are in a state of battle on equal terms. So then they are not concessions or awe, it will correspond to the 2500 elo or more to which you refer, to make use of combat resources if their use is necessary, instead of abandoning the combat techniques of the smallest warrior. Goliath was defeated by David. Of course David was no fool in his battle against the Philistine giant.
Winning by time, and drawing by repetition of moves, are the application of the laws that govern chess. These rules are not prerogatives and attributes applicable only to anedrez players with elite categories or federated players. The power of truth always and without exception sets human beings free. This game is an example of how a strong human player can beat a chess computer by time.

😀 Your definition of time is perfect Brunetti. Today is Sunday and I feel apprehensive. The truth is that I perceive that "the time for my departure is running out." That makes to me think and become aware of what I will say to "My Programmer" when the energy supply taken in this world is disconnected... I have had an idea Brunetti: I will tell my beloved "Programmer." : "I would like to be part of an integrated circuit to the system of my parents and my friends who came to this place before me! I do not want to arrive at the place of integrated circuits incompatible with the cutting-edge technology of my beloved Programmer. ...Brunetti... I am a street fighter, who was inspired by the 1975 Charles Bronson movie! I don't care about the big leagues, only street fights

We made some changes to the bot settings today to make it play even faster (at queen odds only) and to reduce draws somewhat for all the bots except knight odds. The motivation for the speedup was primarily to avoid crashes, as have happened a couple time with all the new interest in the bots.

It can be possible if leela improved to win in the last games or if different users used the same account.
For some reason my rating went down from 2106.3 to 2071.2 after 43 games and I do not understand the reason.

It is before the last 4 games that I won 4-0 to have total score of 30.5-16.5 and 7 wins in a row considering previous games.

We made some changes to the bot settings today to make it play even faster (at queen odds only) and to reduce draws somewhat for all the bots except knight odds. The motivation for the speedup was primarily to avoid crashes, as have happened a couple time with all the new interest in the bots.
I wonder if reducing draws with queen odds means also that it is going to get more losses and if it is productive for the total score of it against humans.

I can that I am surprised to see the following that mean increase in the rating of Leela relative to what I saw earlier:

LeelaQueenOdds as white 3+2 (Reference) 2249.6

If she is 2249.6 then I am better than 2300 at blitz based on my results against her but it is clearly not the case.

It can be possible if leela improved to win in the last games or if different users used the same account.
For some reason my rating went down from 2106.3 to 2071.2 after 43 games and I do not understand the reason.

https://marcogio9.github.io/LeelaQueenOdds-Leaderboard/

It is before the last 4 games that I won 4-0 to have total score of 30.5-16.5 and 7 wins in a row considering previous games.
The estimated rating of the current bot was lowered by 50 elo, perhaps ratings were recalculated based on this. The estimated improvement over the older version is now estimated to be 150 rather than 200 elo.

It would be so if the draw margin had been set properly for queen odds, but it wasn't. It was going for draws in positions where it had an even chance against a knight-odds level opponent, not a queen-odds level opponent. The change should clearly help, but not by a lot as it was a mild change.

If she is 2249.6 then I am better than 2300 at blitz based on my results against her but it is clearly not the case.
You caught something here! Another major upgrade is planned, using a net actually trained for queen odds rather than one trained just for knight odds. Estimated gain was 150 elo. The actual Elo used for the current bot is 2100. The new numbers were posted a bit early, but are not being used until the switch actually happens, probably in a couple days. We want to be more sure of how much of an improvement it is and how to set parameters. I expect that the 2250 rating (at least) will be fully justified once it is released. I'll post here when it happens. The remaining bots may also be upgraded pretty soon. It's really remarkable how strong they are getting to be.
