SWCR-64: Daydreamer, Bison, Crafty & Chronos participant

Post by Frank Quisinsky »

Hello,

in around three days the 32-bit 8.400 games tournament with 40 in 10 / ponder = on ended.

Actual results can be found on:
http://www.amateurschach.de

The next bigger tournament ist the 64-bit tournament with 5 new engines and 6 engine updates.

Same conditions I used for the 32-bit ratinglist:

40/10, ponder = on, 4-pieces endgame databases, 256Mb Hash

I will try out (new engines):
Daydreamer 1.75 x64
Bison 9.11 x64
Crafty 23.2 x64
Chronos 1.99 x64
Fruit Beta (same version CEGT played).

Again 8.400 games are to play.
Tournament time around 25 days.

Hope that the new engines works without any problems in the automacially network Shredder Classic 4 tournament.

The SWCR-64 is very new. It need a time to have a good list. But for the moment interesting the new participant engines.

Best

Hi Gerold,

yes.
With 32-Bit SF 1.7.1 is a little bit better as Rybka 3.

64-Bit not enough games so far.
At the moment same level.

I think with longer time controls (Rybka lost a little bit to SF). Rybka is very strong in blitz.

The x64 list is very new. It need a half year and the list will be better. The w32 list is after now around 8 months very good :-)
