Look at the games using Lichess analysis...in almost every game ChessLearner1979 blunders badly (according to SF 14)
Cheat detection has come a long way from merely checking for engine move matching. And cheats are rarely dumb enough to use an engine for ALL moves nowadays either.

The detection algorithms sites use nowadays are close to 100% accurate and take into account countless variables before giving a final score/result.

Variables could be:

- What was the average time used for accurate moves? (This measures manual relay time between GUI and browser. For example, a cheat will usually use very similar amounts of time to screen switch, update the position and ponder)

- How many of the accurate moves were "only moves"? (as in, any other move results in big centipawn score loss)

- Age of account (banned users usually return with new accounts)

- Difference in rating (Upsets are rare, but happen. This would be weighted low, but still weighted in overall score)

And so on. Tons of data points.

The sum of such a big amount of data is usually a very reliable score. I know chess.com uses a very sophisticated algorithm like this and assume lichess now does too.

Then again, the way this guy talks to people here, he might have just been banned for being rude to opponents.

Who knows? He's likely to stick to his "hacker" story.
Sorry to say that cheat detection at lichess is not even close to 100%. I have two BOTs that run very small nets on lc0 at low number of nodes per move. Humans struggle against them, but a decent engine goes through them like a hot knife through butter.

I used to report cheats every week and get refunded plenty of elo. But that gets tiring. Now I just let it ride, and both BOTs are about 200 elo lower than they used to be. Life’s too short.

(MiniHuman and leela2200 are the BOTs)
Maybe bot accounts aren't given the same protections as human accounts? Of course, they'd probably never say this explicitly, but it's possible and a decent way for them to save resources.

Alternatively, maybe their algorithm (which sites keep a secret to avoid cheats learning the loopholes) needs at least 1 human opponent to be optimally working?

What I do know, is that as a player playing in the 2300 range, I have sometimes be crushed by an engine, only for the points to be refunded a few days later.

I was reinstated based on several analysis done. I simply told them to analyzed all the games and to let me know what engines would blunder this way and it took them 35 minutes to reinstate me, and I suggested to get a different handler NOT Chesslearner 1979. Also my online chess trainer spoke with them and told them about my progress since I became his online chess student. Now my online instructor asked me if I was exhausted when I played specially this game, My answer was I am only human. Here for all of you look at this game and tell me what engines would play like this? and yes Guenter Simmon I believe that you reported me but they saw my games and asked my online chess instructor that what rating he thinks I am and he told them, probably around 1975 to 2050, but Lichess rating seems to be inflated. I will not provide my handler, or give any suspicious Link my Handler or password from now on, but yes I was reinstated. Now here is one of the game that they took into consideration for making their decision. Of course I could have played better, but rapid games sometimes put a lot of pressure on you specially if you are not too used to playing fast.

You know for a fact that the account was terminated due to cheating?
Awfully hurtful thing to post, especially without evidence.

Termination can also be other factors too... violating anything in the TOS is just cause.
Being rude, for example.

He can always appeal, false positives do happen and the account will be restored.

The account still shows banned, looks like only a new account was created.

I asked for a new Handler and a new account was created Not (ChessLearner 1979) with a new email since my email was also hacked, but I will not give information to any fake Link that is not authentic, and only will use Lichess once or twice per week playing no more than 4 games to see my progress.

I only play chess, since the fast rapid time of TC 10 minutes did not give any time to write or post anything, and when I am playing unless I am exhausted, I only think of moves not to write or post anything, about the game in progress.

It is not necessary for anybody to apologize, the world is entitle to give their own opinion, and more if they believe that something wrong or fishy happened. People are and act like news reporters, and since I have been too opiniated here on this forum, and posted too many nonsense, I will behave different so people here stop accusing me of being a troll

Happy to hear what exactly? The account is no longer active. I don't say cheating or what, but whatever chessqueen says about the account makes exactly zero sense...

Whatever cheesequeen says is plain lying (since ever - hundreds of examples in the forum) and of course
he has found a new 'friend' in the recently appeared 'vernon' troll. (check his posts lol)

The whole lichess episode is such a typical dramedy from him...I could hint to several lies to each and every post
since he was banned for cheating. (remember his famous excuse - it was my 'twin brother'?)

Some people have just too much time to waste for nothing.
