Ooh baby, let me get some facts straight for your fantasy world, just for those who don't know you:

1. I did not report you (already told in original post)
2. I am not Lichess and Lichess bannned you for cheating - it's not 'my theory' lol
3. There are gazillions of ways to cheat and you know it of course which makes your Carlsen blabla even more funny
and digging your hole deeper
4. Brendan gave you already a little hint about some of the different ways to cheat
5. I looked at some of your games and it was clear that you played a bit on your own in the beginning (crappy as you are as <1200 USCF player)
till early middlegame just to finish perfectly the whole game from there until the end and the move speed was typical for two computer usage (much too slow and even in time pressure completely inhuman slow - I could tell more but I won't reveal it to not stimulate more cheaters)
6. Your hacker story lol
7. your account is still dead and nothing was reinstated (of course you can any time open a new one with a new email)
8. The new account will not survive long too thanks to Irvin

This case is closed

Guess what? You can be cheater even if you lose (mostly on time for cheaters)
Look at this funny time management lol

@Brendan

Yeah, nowadays we only play 3+0 and faster all above is ruined by cheaters.
Cheaters often have absurd increments or never have an adequate bullet rating.

It can also be seen that in so called 'rapidchess' the rating is often 100-200 higher than in blitz,
but no one takes rapidchess seriously anymore in online chess - we know what it is.

I do not know what Guenther got out of this by reporting me with no base or whatsoever, but he must feel ashamed for doing it, since still he does not rest and continue to accuse me of cheating, I just found out that it was him who reported me, I have friends everywhere. and he keep bringing my twin brother into every discussion whenever he has an opportunity, but for over a year my twin brother and I are in peace with each other and that should be the end of bringing my twin brother into every post as much as Guenther can, obviously he must fell hurt to have reported me and knowing that I was reinstated with a different account and handler, which he will never find out, since he will stir up problem in the near future. As anybody can see this game obviously I must be beating everybody even magnus Carlsen since according to Guenther I used engines to play and my game are perfect without any margin of error, WOW, how can he still support that ridiculous theory. @Brendan

Yeah, nowadays we only play 3+0 and faster all above is ruined by cheaters.
Cheaters often have absurd increments or never have an adequate bullet rating.

It can also be seen that in so called 'rapidchess' the rating is often 100-200 higher than in blitz,
but no one takes rapidchess seriously anymore in online chess - we know what it is.
people who want to train for chess OTB may prefer longer time control like time control that are more similiar to time control they use OTB and I know that today there are also many tournament with 15+5 time control OTB and not only 90+30 time control.

personally I am relatively weaker in faster time control and in israel both type of games go for the same rating so I prefer usually not to play 15+5

As expected your account was now terminated due to cheating (as you did in some of your bragging games with odds)
https://lichess.org/@/ChessLearner1979/all

And no I did not report you - some other people were faster ;)

Anybody her can copy and paste this game into Stockfish, Komodo, Ethereal, or whatever top engine they decide to and see for themselves that Guenther theory of cheating has no ground.

@Brendan

It seems the longer the time control, the greater the chance you will encounter a number of cheaters when playing online chess. Unless I get to know the player, there is a less of a chance of playing me online at long time control games. I mostly play 5 minute games and once in a while I will play 3 minute blitz games. However age is catching up to me, so in 3 minute games I find I can't hang as much as I use to. :D

Hi.
I jump in, not taking part in this ChessQueen discussion, but this fear of opponent cheating bother me a little. When clicking on 30+20 game you have to wait forever to get a game nowadays.
Maybe there should be incorporated a possibility to have live stream in the playing interface on online sites. Ideally with two cameras and screen share. Isn't this how they do it in these more serious online events.
I do this manually now with streaming to twitch with use of the OBS software. Currently only one camera are working but will get a replacement for the otherone soon. I did even stream the Dragon games.
If the opponent know that you are not cheating, not even with opening books (hardcopy), it is less likely that he is cheating too. At least I haven't suspected my oppnent to be cheating after I started with this. Isn't the excuse from they who are cauht and admitted it that all other do it.

As expected your account was now terminated due to cheating (as you did in some of your bragging games with odds)
https://lichess.org/@/ChessLearner1979/all

And no I did not report you - some other people were faster ;)

Anybody her can copy and paste this game into Stockfish, Komodo, Ethereal, or whatever top engine they decide to and see for themselves that Guenther theory of cheating has no ground.

Guenther if you were a prosecutor you would have been the worse prosecutor that ever live. You are taking old evidence and trying to convince people here on this forum that it still hold true. That rating http://www.uschess.org/msa/MbrDtlRtgSupp.php?12537202 that you are posting is from the last time that I ever played in tournament which was in October of 2019 Correct ; since then I have seen many Birds, Airplanes and Moons passing by on the Blue sky. How many times have I posted here that since February of 2020 I have been taking online chess instructions with an IM, that is exactly 20 months ago, I have postedit here probably more than 20 times, but you as a person who believe that I still have the same chess knowledge as I did back in October of 2019 are Willfully and purposely ignoring that I am paying $20.00 per hour to have 2 sections per week with an IM instructor, and my chess knowledge has increase tremendously since then. Before I started training with the online IM, I simply waited every year or so for a tournament and participated without reading chess Books or receiving guided chess instructions from a person that is more knowledgeable than me, therefore, my Chess knowledge was the same year after year, and when I participated in chess tournament once a year, I usually encounter one or 2 person like you who when I played against them beat me and later on made fun of me with the other chess players calling me a pawn pusher instead of going over the game and telling me where I went wrong. I wish you live close to me so we can have a few games of chess and you can still tell me that I am the same as I was back in October of 2019. You also mentioned that I lost in time, which I admit to it, and then you went on to tell everybody that it was because of Bla Bla Bla, what you do not realize is the possibility that while we play chess online via Lichess we also have family member that call us and we have to either do not pay too much attention to the game while we are talking in the phone or simply let the time rum out.

Note: Anyway Gunther you are not the one who will play in a big tournament and with a very low rating beat everybody in that section, so you will report me too when the time come, that is what most Russians do when they arrive in the USA, they do NOT have a USCF rating and some of them are probably strong experts and play under the 1400 section and wipe out the section

I'm not accusing you for cheating, but your story is very weak. You probably want to revise it a bit

As expected your account was now terminated due to cheating (as you did in some of your bragging games with odds)
https://lichess.org/@/ChessLearner1979/all

And no I did not report you - some other people were faster ;)

Anybody her can copy and paste this game into Stockfish, Komodo, Ethereal, or whatever top engine they decide to and see for themselves that Guenther theory of cheating has no ground.

Yeah, nowadays we only play 3+0 and faster all above is ruined by cheaters.
Cheaters often have absurd increments or never have an adequate bullet rating.

It can also be seen that in so called 'rapidchess' the rating is often 100-200 higher than in blitz,
but no one takes rapidchess seriously anymore in online chess - we know what it is.

What do you mean by revising it a little ? I do NOT have to revise anything it is what it was. And another point that I want to mention is that Guenther accused me of running out of time, I wonder how smart he think he really is, if I was using any engine in 10 minutes rapid TC all that the operator need is at the most 2 minutes to make 70 or 80 moves since if a top engine makes a move every second there is no human alive, not even Magnus Carlsen that can beat it if he takes 10 minutes total time, so really think about it, how could I have run out of time, if I was using a top engine? unless I was thinking on each move. Total nonsense. If Guenther house was closer to my house within 1 or 2 hours drive I would show him how I can beat any player that is less than 1975 FIDE in rapid TC I have done it several times during my visit to the Philippine and Spain in the last 4 months.

If you use a different computer to cheat then copying the opponent moves to the different computer and waiting for the response of the engine and later copy the moves of the different computer to the computer you use to play takes time.

I do not claim that you cheat but I believe that this is the way that some cheaters cheat.
